Dreaming about that great idea won’t take the world by storm. At River City Labs it may just materialise. A room full of like minded people is an environment infectious with enthusiasm. Not to mention the excellent facilities. The friendly staff complete the package for the incubator of any tech business startup. I recommend you to come and present your ideas and have a look around.Don McGuinness
Thank you River City Labs for an AMAZING Startup Weekend Brisbane! Startup Weekend Brisbane was an unforgettable experience. Everyday we worked ’til the lights went off, and they were still around for our support. For anyone with dreams of starting up, hands down River City Labs is the place to jump start that dream to reality.Hans Barroga, Founder at Movie Ape
River City Labs is inarguably one of the points of gravity for the startup community in Queensland. They also hold their own on the national stage through not only the very real community that revolves around their bricks’n’mortar headquarters, but the endless advocacy and support of the wider tech community. This is evident in the abundance of events that are supported by, hosted at, or related to their commitment to building the capacity of the local community.David Ryan, Founder at Tech Tidal

I’ve been at RCL for 4 years, through two startups, one accelerator program and three rounds of funding. Without a doubt RCL is the heart of the Brisbane startup scene and has shaped it into what it is today.
We were lucky enough to be the first customer signed by Steve at RCL. I remember meeting up with Steve in the half developed board room, before the premises was even finished. Since that first day, RCL has proved to be one of the key drivers to our current success. In fact, without RCL we would not be who we are today. When I started at RCL, I was the business, finance and tech side of the business. However, as luck would have it, after a few months another resident moved in, Paul Jones, and he took a desk right beside me. Paul had a range of interesting products that he had developed and was looking for a space to be able to be among like minded people. With me fluffing around with the code (far from an area of expertise for me) Paul was continually telling/showing me how I should be doing things. It got to a point where he was probably spending more time on my business than his own. So after about 6 months of moving in I asked Paul to join me as CTO and co-founder. From there, Cohort Go was born. From here we grew to 3, then 4 and then when we reached our 5th staff member we realised that it was time to stand on our own to feet and move out. As at May 2018, we have grown to a team of 35 in 11 countries and still growing fast. As mentioned, without RCL, the serendipitous meetings, the meetups, the events and everything that RCL aims to achieve, Cohort Go may not be here today.Mark Fletcher, CEO & Co-Founder at Cohort Go
